I love the feeling of being in love. That is one of the big reasons why I love eating chocolates ;) I have been scouting for a chocolate cafe and now I finally found one!

You can find Maitre Chocolatier at Jupiter St. in Makati. Once you’ve enter in the cafe, you’ll instantly fall in in love with their classy decorated bar. It is good to visit this place you are just having a light dinner or snack with your date.

Me and Pao are just gonna have a light snack that afternoon because we will be going to a dinner party afterwards.

I ordered Sweet Revenge. Dark chocolate molten lava cake made from Europe’s finest Lindt Excellence Dark 70%, filled with oozing sweet and vengefully spicy chocolate served with vanilla ice cream. And I tell you… this dessert is oh so spicy!!!

For my drink, I had Iced Blended Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate.

Pao ordered the Roast Beef Panini.Tender strips of Chocolate-coated beef, fresh carrots and zucchinis, Mozzarella cheese and White Chocolate Dressing in a thin and crispy Italian herbed bread. And to my surprise, this is by far the most delicious panini I’ve ever tasted. Chocolate with roast beef…never thought it would be that good!

And because of that… Im now gaining weight. Hahahaha!

Beside the dining area is a large display of chocolates, from Lindt, Ferrero Rocher and Ritter Sports just to mention a few. So if you want to bring home some goodies, you can totally harass your date to buy you chocolates ;)

I’m loving the dress. I want to take this home!

Buon Giorno

We recently had a dinner reservation at Buon Giorno Tagaytay. We arrived pretty late but it’s a good thing that we were still able to sit at the famous opium bed. We have been to this place a couple of times, it’s the ambiance and the great tasting food that makes us come back to this amazing restaurant. If you guys are planning to dine here, make sure to dine around 3:00 in the afternoon, so that you’ll have a good view of the taal volcano.
